    While boxing exercises have found credence over the years, the continued application of these exercises in fitness routines have strengthened its position in the hierarchy of exercise regiments. The need for physically demanding workouts has propelled the popularity of the kick boxing and boxing workouts. They have surprisingly caught on with women too as they are advertised to engineer self-defence reflexes and manoeuvres.
